Galaxy Tabs 10.1 Debut in the UK

The WiFi version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has arrived safely in the UK and is currently an exclusive item at the Dixons Group chain of stores for another month.
The eagerly anticipated tablets have been on pre-order for the past ten days and retail for £399 ($652 USD) for the 16GB WiFi version, £479 for the 32GB and £559 for the 64GB; all are available in black or white. The 3G-enabled version is expected on August 23rd.
Dixons reported on August 4th that the first UK customer to ‘officially’ snap up the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is Yuk Lin Wong (pictured below) from Edgware. We hope she received a hefty discount or at least some complimentary accessories.
